Examples which should help you for a rooftop unit are:

5ZoneAutoDXVAV, PSZ, PSZDrawThru, SmOffPSZ.  

You will need to curve-fit your own performance curves from the 
manufacturer's catalog data.

Makeup air units would essentially be the same equipment in 
EnergyPlus, just different performance curves.

How could you have found these on your own?  That's difficult.  There 
is a list of example files in the OutputDetailsAndExamples.pdf doc 
file, but we have not filled in very many descriptions yet.  When 
this document is complete, this will be the place to look.
