I have used AIOLOS and it appears to be similar to COMIS.  The version I used was limited to three rooms and just a few locations had input data files.  That AIOLOS version was written back in the mid 90's.  E+ seems to offer the best way to model the Atrium.  I am preparing to do a 120 foot tall with a 150 x 450 ft2 floor area atrium that has an evaporative spray system and some local chilled water fan/coil units to condition the space.  It uses a solar chimney exhaust.  It has been occupied going on 3 summers here in Phoenix.  I would like to compare results with yours.
