[EnergyPlus_Support] IFCtoIDF update

Hello All,

I have uploaded to the EnergyPlus Support Group site a zip archive 
containing update files for the EnergyPlus IFCtoIDF utility.  The zip 
archive contains replacement copies of files that have been previously 
installed on your computer if you checked the IFCtoIDF option during 
installation of EnergyPlus V1.1.  To install this update, manually 
replace the existing files wherever they are located on your computer 
with the update files of the same name.

This update addresses the following issues:

- Problems encountered in processing IFC2x files produced by the IFC2x 
interface for Autodesk's Architectural Desktop 3.3 available for 
download from  G.E.M. Team Solutions at http://www.team-solutions.de/ifc

- Problems with the detection of exterior surfaces vs. interior surfaces 
between adjacent instances of IfcSpace.
