Well, it is true that the PV does have a sensitivity/parametric input to 
Longitude but I'm not sure about Latitude.   Latitude (in light of having 
the same solar on a weather file) will change some of the solar position 
parameters and help determine when the sun is up or down.

What is it that you would expect to be seeing with just a change in latitude?
