There are several examples which use hot water baseboard heat together with an
air system for cooling:
WindACAuto.idf - window AC units with baseboard heat, this is the simplest
example
VAVSingleDuctReheatBaseboard.idf - variable air volume (VAV) central air system
with baseboard heat
HVACStandAloneERV_Economizer.idf - Heat recovery ventilator with basebard heat
CVBbRh.idf - constant volume central air system with baseboard heat
