There is a bug in version 1.1.1 for windows with frames and/or dividers.  Here 
is a description of the fix:

Initialized long-wave radiation absorbed by outside of window frame  to zero 
each time step. Without this initialization heat gain from frame was incorrect 
at night (but OK when sun is up). (CR 6012).
