If you look in the AuxiliaryPrograms document (you have to go through the 
"enhancing energyplus submenu", I think), it talks about the HVAC-Diagram 
tool.  There is a free SVG reading tool from Adobe (www.adobe.com) that you 
can then tell EP-Launch about and bring it up in the browser.

There are probably other SVG readers available.
