[EnergyPlus_Support] COMIS and air-conditioning operates together

Dear all,

I'm going to simulate a house which normally use natural ventilation 
through windows or doors. However, while the internal temperature is 
higher than 30oC, then the openings will be closed and the air-
conditioner will be switched on to serve the room going to the indoor 
set temperature. Does anyone knows any example file with the similar 
approach I can follow it? Or anyone can give me some advices or teach 
me how to do my simulation when staring?
