[EnergyPlus_Support] VertexEntry - Surface Geometry

Hi all,

How crucial is it to enter all surfaces according to the VertexEntry field (ie as either clockwise or anticlockwise) under Surface Geometry ? I am exporting from Ecotect to EnergyPlus and the vertices of some surfaces are listed as clockwise while others are listed as anticlockwise after exporting the idf file to EnergyPlus. Is it necessary to correct the file so that all surfaces are entered all the same or can it be left with some surfaces as clockwise and others as anticlockwise?
