Dear:
  The results won't vary whether you set the winter design day as Jan 
20 or Jan 21.The results just connect to the design day that you 
define.Note that you set the Day Type to 
SummerDesignDay/WinterDesighDay,it indicate that you must designate 
the SummerDesighDay and WindterDesighDay schedules.
Please check that the two schedules have been designated properly.
