[EnergyPlus_Support] Daylight detailed model

   Dear all,

   I'm doing a daylight detailed model and have a question:can I use a "Minimum
Input Power Fraction for Continuous Dimming Control" and a "Minimum Light
Output Fraction for Continuous Dimming Control" equals to zero?

I do this question because I'm modeling fluorescent lamps and don't know if
its power can be continuously dimmerized until zero.

   Thanks.
