Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] multiplier



 1.  The multiplier multiplies all zone-level loads, including the load passed 
to the HVAC system.  If the fancoils are autosized, they will size to the 20x 
load.  If the fancoils and other HVAC equipment are not autosized, you must 
specify them at 20x.

2.  If all floors are controlled to the same temperature, then it would seem 
the heat recovery result would be identical with either approach.
