My apologies for the delayed response . . .

There is no easy way to model this case.

The simplest solution is to take the return air from the corridor and forget 
about the other flows.  If you expect those zones to be at similar 
temperatures, this will probably be adequate from an energy use perspective.

Another option would be to combine the corridor/lobby area with the toilet area 
into a single zone.  A zone can be made up of non-contiguous spaces.
