[EnergyPlus_Support] attached shading surface with some holes

Dear Users of EnergyPlus,

I have an attached shading surface with some holes.
How  can describe these holes geometrically? 
Can I use field "fraction of shading surface that is glazed" in shading 
surface reflectance object without describe geometrically these holes?
In this way in order to model these holes I use a window glass with 
very high transmittance and very low reflectance.
Is this correct?
