[EnergyPlus_Support] zone temperature error

Dear all:
As refer to the InputOutputReference, the zone control: thermostatic is in charge of 
controlling the zone temperature. I set a dual setpoint with deadband object for my zone, 
and my chiller have abundant capacity to serve the zone. But in the summer design day, the 
temperature is out of the deadband. I have checked the schedules for the HVAC system and 
the simulation results of the system. It seems that the system is operating in the design day. 
How can I make the system supply enough cooling energy to keep the zone temeprature in 
the deadband?
