[EnergyPlus_Support] Error -- Mass Flow Rate Calculation ........

Hello, 

I Uploaded the file tempering valve_60m2,
before I added the tempering valve this file did only give few warnig 
(clear origin) , now I get 174 times :
Error -- Mass Flow Rate Calculation in Plant Loop=SECOND LOOP, Outlet 
and Inlet differ by more than tolerance.
Any idea about this ?
