[EnergyPlus_Support] Interior Blind - BlockBeamSolar

Dear Users.
 
I simulate a simple room with an interior blind. The control type of the
slat angles is: BlockBeamSolar. 
But in the output (FENSTER_1:Window Blind Slat Angle [deg](TimeStep)) is
always 0. 
At the end of my mail you can find the specifications of the window control
object out of my idf file.
Has any body an idea?
