thank you for your response.
The radiation on the window is several times over the setpoint of 180 W/m². I printed, also,
out the output "shading device is on". And it is on (1).
I calculated the same example with an exterior blind. And it works well. But not yet for 
the interior blind. Below I listed the material properties for the interior blind.
Perhaps you can have a look on this.
