These two values should be identical, and they are for most hours.  But there 
appears to be a slight difference in the first hour in the morning during 
recovery from setback.  I will ask someone to check on this.

The concept of Purchased Air was supposed to provde a simple way to calculate 
loads without simulating a full HVAC system.  Purchased Chilled Water or Hot 
Water is commonly available from urban district heating and cooling systems.  
Purchased Air is analagous to this but delivered directly to the zone with no 
air handling system in the model.  Purchased Air would not ever exist in the 
real world, but it is a convenient simulation concept.
