[EnergyPlus_Support] Problems about Loads Initialization did not Converge

Hi all,
  I have a warning in  an office building model,fancoil system:Loads 
Initialization did not Converge.

** Warning ** Loads Initialization did not Converge 
(CheckWarmupConvergence) after 25 warmup days.
   **   ~~~   ** ..Environment=SHANGHAI ANN HTG 99.6% CONDNS DB
   **   ~~~   ** ..Max Temp Comparison=2.37 vs Temperature 
Convergence Tolerance=0.40 - Fail Convergence
   **   ~~~   ** ..Min Temp Comparison=1.88E-004 vs Temperature 
Convergence Tolerance=0.40 - Pass Convergence
   **   ~~~   ** ..Max Heat Load Comparison=7.7321E-006 vs Loads 
Convergence Tolerance=4.00E-002 - Pass Convergence

But when I simulated this model with purchased air to calculate 
building load, there is no warning or error. So, is  it the problem 
that something is wrong with the HVAC system? What should I do ?
