[EnergyPlus_Support] how to make a real time weather file in EPW formate

hi everyone,

i met a quention in transfering real time weather CSV file into EPW file. when i use the weather convert.exe, but it terminate with no result.
If i only change the outside temperature of the EPW.file, is it right? because i didn't get other weather data except outside tempearture. So i use the weather converter to change the original epw into csv.file, then change the Dry-Bulb Temperature in the csv file, finaly i use the weather converter again to change the csv into epw, but it terminate. i am not sure if it is right to change the Dry-Bulb Temperature only. So i test it again using following method.

If i change the temperature of EPW.file one by one with NotePad, and the EP runs normal. but it takes so long time to change the temperature one by one.

how can i use the real weather file? or solve this problem?

thanks in advance,

Rongxin
