There are several Low E glass types in the WindowConstructs dataset 
that is installed with EnergyPlus.  I'd suggest you look at those and 
their materials.

Or, perhaps the Window5 dataset will have your actual 
glass/window?  EnergyPlus can import the Window5 data for use in the 
simulation.
