There's the answer, that unit has a variable compressor (let me know if
I am wrong, I only looked at the first web page). VRV systems modulate
the compressor speed, no real need to worry about the air flow volume
ratio. The system maintains a constant suction temperature and therefore
can not freeze the coil. E+ can not yet simulate a VRV (VRF) AC system.
Your only option for now is to raise the air flow per ton as you have
suggested. Take a close look at your results when you are finally able
to perform the simulation. I am interested to know how close you got to
simulating VRV AC system performance.
