[EnergyPlus_Support] multi-zone control strategy

I want to simulate the following control strategy:

There are four zones (Zone 1, 2, 3, 4) in my model. 
I want to make heat supply to zone 1, 3, 4 be determined by zone 2
temperature. 
I would appreciate it if you could let me know how to simulate it.
