[EnergyPlus_Support] Energy simulation fee

Hi there!
Any one would give an idea of how much to charge, as a freelancer, for
an EnergyPlus energy modelling work? It's for a 9 storey commercial
building, about 1000m2, seeking a LEED gold certification. What is the
criteria to charge for these jobs?
