[EnergyPlus_Support] Heat Exchanger:Waterside Economizer for two plant loops

Dear Forum

Is it possible to connect to plant loops using the Heat
Exchanger:Waterside Economizer?

I know that this HX is used used to connect a condenser loop with a
plant loop, but in this particular case I want to connect two loops:
one with district cooling in the supply side and the HX in demand side
and other one with the HX in supply side and a plant load profile in
demand side.

The simulation runs but the SVG diagram shows only one loop, and even
more I get a warning saying there is no flow rate in the loop with the
district cooling.

Thanks in advance
Santiago
