Thanks for your reply. How do I calculate the G-function values? Are there any specifics on that? I have been using the ones in the example file for now.

Check all your inputs.  Make sure the plant flow rate is being sized to the same flow rate as the pump and the GLHE.  Also, make sure your g-function values are based on that same flow rate as well.  This often occurs when there is a mismatched flow rate (the glhe runs for a while, then suddenly stops), so you may want to try running the loop under a constant flow rate, to at least diagnose that this is actually the problem.

Is there anything that I am doing wrong causes this error? Any possible fix?
