Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] calculating DryBulb Temp

Haniyeh;

Wetbulb temperature is not easy to calculate from dry-bulb and relative humdity. It requires an iterative solver or tables.
You will additionally need to assume the atmospheric pressure. I can recommend an excel plug-in which has functions for most psychrometric properties; http://www.linric.com/pfdown.htm. Or you can derive your own curves or algorithm.

Best regards,

Marcus

I think so, because you have relative humidity (relhum-hmean) which I expect  = mean relative humidity for the last hour.

Thanks.
So, is there any possibility to calculate WetBulb Temperature from these data?
precip-htotal ( mm/hour)
temp-hmean  (degC)
vapourpressure-hmean  (hpa)
relhum-hmean  ( %)
sunshine-htotal (hours)
Thanks

The temp-hmean is most likely the hourly mean dry bulb temperature for the last hour...nothing else on the list will help you.

Hi all
anyone can help me to calculate DryBulb Temperature from following notation and units?

precip-htotal ( mm/hour)
temp-hmean  (degC)
vapourpressure-hmean  (hpa)
relhum-hmean  ( %)
sunshine-htotal (hours)

Thanks
Haniyeh
