The sorted IDF is attacned, and with the .csv obtained using reduced load.
Only about 1% of the internal load is retained in the IDF.
With the load, it was cooling in Winter. The room was over 33°C in Winter at night.

I removed all but two of the Design Day Conditions, and adjusted the set points but I am still incompetent and cannot figure out why it will not call for cooling.
