RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] availabilityManager:High temperaturTurnoff

The important thing that you have left out in the PDF is the control thermosat of the boiler and how it controls the gas flow of the heater.
 yes you are right , i first must know about relation of this sensors that installed in this building with how it controls , i m going to call the company that installed this sensors in this building , and then i mail you ,

If you can call the company they can give you the boiler size and heater size as well.  These are usually on the manufacturer's name plate.

It is not important to get the information on the boiler thermostat, as it is in your measured temperature value.   Just watch the pipe temperature, when the heater fire is going on and off.

====================
The value of the real installation and the simulation are related, but not the same.

The first round of information in the IDF is for the building.  The plant is autosized.

Then you replace the autosized values with the real value.

The function of each equipment object in the IDF must match the real system.

Your room does not have a thermostat.  The radiator has a fully open valve.  This valve is the setpoint for the thermostat.

==============
The pump controls the flow rate.  The temperature at this flow rate is the heat that can be delivered.

====================
I do not need any more  information on your real  system.

It is a standard system in the EPlus.

More information is needed for your building to perform a good annual simulation.

Hi, T.t

"
i have question , when the temperature reaches setpoint, it would turn off the radiator , i want to know what happen when radiator turn off? boiler dont serve any hot water to radiator and then boiler gas consumption decreases ?
but if zone temperature reached thermostat setpoint and temperature outlet water from boiler have not reached setpoint , what happen radiator will off and boiler will work ?!!"
