To be exactly correct you should divide the operating power by the full load capacity at the specific operating condition. This would be: EIRfPLR = Pactual / (Capacity at 100% x CAPFT) / EIR at 100% AT PLR =1, CAPFT = 1, and EIR at 100% is the same as Pactual / Capacity at 100% so at PLR = 1, EIRfPLR = 1 Have a nice weekend, over and out.
