It is not going to work to connect the air loop to the back of the fan coil units, but there is development work going on to allow doing that in the future. 

 

One option to consider is using the AirTerminal:SingleDuct:ConstantVolume:FourPipeInduction object with the supply air run like a DOAS.

I looked through the example file list. There is both a DOAS with FCU and a DOAS with WSHP. However, both of them have OA into zone instead of into the zone unit.

I thought about attempting to connect the DOAS outlet into the FCU mixing box, but putting a node that isn't an outdoorair:node on the outdoor air inlet would probably kick back an error.
