The EnergyPlus helpdesk at energyplus.helpserve.com will be unavailable for approximately 6 hours between 0430-1230 GMT (late evening into the night in North America) sometime between April 25 (tonight/tomorrow) and April 30.
During this time, the helpdesk will be moved to new servers with new software. The new software is similar, but with a new look. The transition should be transparent for users, and the helpdesk should return to service at the same URL and e-mail address. Thank you for your patience.
