[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: ** Warning ** Calculated design cooling load for zone=EXISTINGWORKSHOP:ZONE1 is zero.

I forgot to paste the ERR file info- my bad- so here it is possibly someone has seen similar and has insight..

Thanks

Hello,
I have this model I just got to the final touches stage and something strange that I can not figure out what the issue is..
So the model shows zero cooling consumption and zero cooling load size for one zone-( ExistingWorkshop )  but not for others -

Also this zone has the highest cooling load of the building- as it is a manufacturing production area.

I see the advise of the warning-to check thermostats and sizing and have not found the issue.  I have tried to use an ideal loads system to see if it was an HVAC  issue and am using the same construction set for both.

I have pasted the key warnings below and attached the IDF... Again the other zones are working as expected but this one zone is showing zero cooling load/consumption and I am hopeful someone may have some insight.

Many thanks
