[EnergyPlus_Support] Total Daylight Factor

Hello,

I have two questions concerning daylight factors. 
Daylight factors are reported in the .eio file for each window. If I want the total daylight factor can I then simply add the contributions from all the windows?
Are the overcast sky daylight factors calculated for a CIE overcast sky?
