YI, thanks for your response- however  Apparently did not read the post or look at the tables because the values you sent have nothing to do with the discrepancy between the
Maximum total cooling capacity" and the "calculated design load"  The values in question are highlighted in yellow and make up a rather large discrepancy is not from a sizing multiplier.

The questionable values are 
  • Calculated Design Load [W]= 792.83
  • Maximum Total Cooling Capacity [W]=  1007.43 
  • Delta [W] = 214
