Solution found.
I've done a restart of my computer. I think something was still open in the background (openstudio?, SQL generator ?) which prevented to create the sql.

Be careful with the path of your idf file. If it has special characters (like accents) SQL file is not generated. Move the idf to a simpler path if this is your case.
