Good - as the sql file should be a separate file and not
necessarily tied to the problem of 2GB data limitations of 32 bit
systems.
Like the .csv file, if it's open in Excel (as an example), the system
can't create it. I suspect you are right -- some program that had
the sql file open wouldn't let it be created. We try to warn for
that in the .csv case but I guess not in the sql case.
