The warnings are related to one another...the main problem here is your chilled water is at 120 deg C in the plant loop. This is obviously wrong. You need to find out why. What is transfering heat to this fluid...the end-users on the demand side, pumps operating at insane conditions with a badly matching pump curve, anything else?
