Hi Robin,
Just realized my previous reply might not be proper. Water source heat pump is a water-to-air heat pump, which is not our required type as we need to supply hot water or chilled water. The heat pump system we must use is water-to-water heat pump, condenser side therefore cannot be 'open', should be either a ground loop heat exchanger or a cooling tower or others I think.
