Thank you very much for your instant reply. It is a very useful workaround.

But another concern is, if we use water source heat pump as an alternative, the condenser side will be air cooled, even if we might be able to control the entering temperature, the heat transfer mechanism would not be the same as using open loop ground heat exchanger which uses ground water as cooling medium. Am I right?
