Hello,

I'm now fairly certain the issue is that the cooling coils in the zone fancoils are not dehumidifying the air at - the outlet temp is too high.  I've tried to specify an outlet temp by inputting 13 deg C as the design outlet air temperature of the cooling coils.  There was no change.

What do I need to specify to get these coils to deliver 13 deg C outlet temp?  I have tried to add a scheduled setpint manager which has also not worked.  There is no Controller:WaterCoil object.
