If you search this forum, I believe you will find the most
likely answer -- a surface with a very small area -- maybe even one that
has been reduced in coordinates due to the coordinates being to
close.
Typically, if that surfaces is removed from the input file, the
simulation will run.
(I would have provided the answer to the previous problem -- if that
helps).

It is a fairly large model with around 2,200 surfaces and I tried looking
at the Z coordinate values for the surfaces by sampling and do not see
anything off as yet.
Has anyone else encountered this error previously? Please let me know
