It was indeed one of the surface geometry definition that was causing the error. I fixed all the surface errors one by one and then was able to run the simulation successfully.

If you search this forum, I believe you will find the most likely answer -- a surface with a very small area -- maybe even one that has been reduced in coordinates due to the coordinates being to close.

Typically, if that surfaces is removed from the input file, the simulation will run.

(I would have provided the answer to the previous problem -- if that helps).
