[EnergyPlus_Support] Informations about the initial conditions on Energy Plus's simulations

Good Morning, 

I am new on EnergyPlus and I would like to have some informations about the initial conditions of EnergyPlus's simulations. The question I would ask is if is possible to set an initial condition of indoor temperature and/or humidity in a specific zone of the building, and start the simulation precisely from those starting conditions. In which way are determined the initial values, which correspond to an internal state of the system, from EnergyPlus?
