Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] Heat And Moisture Transfer model: Output ERROR (ZoneSensibleHeatingRate)

When I run your file, I get a fatal error:
   ** Severe  ** ZoneControl:Humidistat Zone Name, duplicate name=71E478
** Severe  ** GetStagedDualSetpoint: Errors with invalid names in ZoneControl:Thermostat:StagedDualSetpoint objects.
**   ~~~   ** ...These will not be read in.  Other errors may occur.
**  Fatal  ** Errors getting Zone Control input data.  Preceding condition(s) cause termination.

I also wonder if you should reset some of the other parameters (namely dew point with the changed humidity).  You would do that by setting the dew point value in the epw file before you convert it to 999. (as I remember -- check the documentation for what missing value should be).  Then the weather converter will recalcuate it with the new humidity value.

Dear All,
I am working with the Heat and Moisture Transfer heat balance algorithm. I am comparing two test-cases with two different EWP files that I manually changed in EXCEL (Attached the Files):

1) Outdoor relative Humidity at 90%
2) Outdoor relative Humidity at 50%

The output ZoneSensibleHeatingRate is bigger in case 2) when Relative Humidity is smaller. Shouldnt be higher the file with bigger outside Relative Humidity? - The wall become more wet>>conductivity increases>> higher needed watts to keep setpoint conditions?
I attached also the IDF File.

Do you think you can help me to solve this issue?

Best Regards
