[EnergyPlus_Support] VAV damper position

I want to fully close the dampers in the VAV boxes so that no cold air is supplied to the zones using EMS. What actuator can be used in order to achieve this. Should the Zone VAV BOX DAMPER NODE,System Node Setpoint,Mass Flow Rate Setpoint, actuator be used and set to zero s that no cold air enters the zone.
