[EnergyPlus_Support] energy plus transition program for older versions _ failed download

I don't know if someone is having the same problem, but I've been trying to download
the transition program to update from previous energy plus version to the latest 8.4.0
it returns always 'failed' when downloading the zip file (for windows).
