I would check my node reporting is correct, perhaps check the node connections one more time and then submit it to the helpdesk.

Without the schedule the economizer works correctly between the 2 temperature limit described in the code.
The use of a inverted 0-1 values schedule implies a complete bypass of the heatexchagner during the winter period. Moreover I don't understand why in this case (purely heuristic) the supply side outdoor air for the air loop, which should be at the same temperature of the ODBT, is warmer than it. That's not because of fans heat loss.
The schedule seems to be working not properly in a correct way.
