Yulia, the idf file is just a text file where you define the objects. The IDFeditor helps us to see the IDF in a more readable way.
But you have to follow the structure.
Try first to include the schedule which Richard gave you using the IDFeditor and then open the IDF file again using Notepad,for example, and you can figure out is the same.
